You promptly came out to discuss with me and show me options. Due to the pandemic, we had to wait 3 months for delivery of our new liner from the manufacturer - not your fault. You kept us advised of the status several times during that wait which made it easier for us to endure. Once received, you scheduled our installation at my convenience and arrived early to remove the old one, make necessary repairs to the structure, and install the new liner, which fit perfectly due to your expert measurements (which took over an hour to do before we ordered!). We also converted from our mesh safety cover to a solid cover and are anticipating a much smoother re-opening this spring due to clearer water after winter. Your professionalism and the ease in communicating with you were greatly appreciated as this process is never welcome, but necessary. I have commented to friends since about how great you were to work with and I would recommend you to anyone in need of a liner replacement. All the best in 2022!

~~I called 4 different pool companies to come out and put in a new pool liner that we so desperately needed.  One of the pool people recommended Alex. So we called him.  Keep in mind, 2021 was a difficult year here in America, but he was willing to come out even late in the season as busy as he already was with his many customers.  He is really nice and professional. He got the liner in and after a few days, it was discovered we had a warranty defect. He had no issues to order new one and took care of the city water refill for us. ~~My existing pool liner had only been in service for three years but the vinyl had numerous folds and wrinkles. Being a small business owner Alex understands reputation is everything and he  is very organized and responsive.  We have a 18 foot by 36 foot pool with deep end and diving board.  Alex just installed a new liner, new LED light and repaired several plumping issues as well as changed the filter. Alex recommended and installed a salt water system made by Hayward.  The pool
